On Tuesday, March 8th, from 9 to 10 a.m., the Integrated Workforce Development Subcommittee of the Statewide Independent Living Council is meeting with Sonny Vinuya, who is the new chief of the Lt. Governor’s Office for Small Business Advocacy.
This is the new entity created with Assembly Bill 184 in the 2021 legislative session. If you are interested in learning more about this new office, the meeting is open to the public. On March 22nd, from 2 to 4 pm, you can watch the Advisory Committee on Participatory Democracy’s quarterly meeting through the Secretary of State’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/NVSOS Deputy Secretary of State for Elections, Mr. Mark Wlaschin, will review the new election laws being implemented this election cycle.
