The National Constitution Center released a podcast yesterday on the recent Supreme Court case from Arizona, Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee. This case restricted the application of Article 2 of the Voting Rights Act.

We met with Elena Garcia Brokaw on 7/7 to hear about her journey to uncover what happened to her father, who was assassinated in Guatemala for documenting resistance to the government. Elena explained her process for documenting her father’s story, which she used to write her master’s thesis, and she shared some of the beautiful photos her father left behind.
