Here are some events coming up over the next two weeks.

Nevada NOW has a tele-town hall with the three southern Nevada members of Congress tomorrow, April 18^th, at 4 pm.  You can RSVP to attend here: https://fb.me/e/3DfaF577v

The Vote Nevada Mental and Behavioral Health Committee is meeting via Zoom Tuesday, April 19^th, from 6 to 7 pm, to review the allocation of American Rescue Plan funds for mental health in Nevada and will hear from a community member who runs a private psychological services business about the barriers she faces. If you are interested in attending, email info@vote-nevada.org to receive the Zoom link.

The ACLU NV has a recorded forum with two of the Clark County District Attorney Candidates and an upcoming event at The Mob Museum on April 20^th, at 7 pm, on the topic of Prison Reform in Nevada.  You can watch the recorded forum and RSVP for the Mob Museum event here: https://www.facebook.com/aclunv

On April 21^st, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm, via Zoom, the Nevada Center for Civic Engagement is Celebrating Earth Day with an Ask the Expert: How Does the EPA Help Keep Lake Tahoe Blue? The Expert panelists include Laura Patten, Senior Science Policy Analyst for the League to Save Lake Tahoe; Alexis Hill, Washoe County Commissioner; and Shane Piccinini Government Relations and Public Policy Advocate.
