Vote Nevada Supporters,
There is an upcoming training on the open-source redistricting software DstirctR for anyone who is interested in the redistricting process:
We invite you to CHARGE’s DistrictR Community Mapping Deep Dive Training. This 1.5-hour training is designed for people who have a baseline understanding of redistricting and want to start the process of mapping their communities with DistrictR software. We will explore how the software works, engage in a mapping demonstration, and give you time to practice on your own and ask questions of experts.
With redistricting processes getting underway in states across the country, free online mapping software like DistrictR is a great way for communities, activists, and even legislators to tell their stories to the mapmakers in their state. Please only register if you will be able to show up and participate fully through the session – we promise it is worth it!
