We are now entering the second week of the 2017 legislative session. We are still waiting for quite a few Bill Draft Requests (BDR) to receive bill language and numbers, but we have enough now to be able to start sharing those that League of Women Voters of Nevada is tracking. Change to licensing for community-based living options for mental health patients
Because the Nevada legislature exempts itself from the Open Meeting law, meetings can be scheduled and rescheduled without the usual notice periods. The same applies for bills being added to hearing agendas.
