Our June election is a primary for all elected offices up for election in 2024. In general, voters decide which two candidates in each race will move forward to the general election.
However, some races are closed to voters not affiliated with the Democratic or Republican parties, while the down-ballot races are open to all voters, such as our races to select judges, school board trustees, and city council members and mayors.
